Terms of Service

Alien Sergio, LLC d/b/a The Way of the Universe · Florida · Effective September 4, 2026

The Way of the Universe ("the Way") is a written spiritual practice offered by Alien Sergio, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("the Company"). By paying for any level or one-time offering, you accept these terms.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Master takes his reporting duties in the fight against CSAM seriously. We all have to do our part. If you submit child sexual abuse material — or any image sexualizing a minor — through this site, we will report you to the authorities. Zero leniency.

Every image you upload is reviewed by a human before any response is given. Any image that depicts, or appears to depict, the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children CyberTipline and to law enforcement under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, together with your email address, IP address, payment record, and timestamp. Records are preserved as the law requires. Your access is terminated permanently and no refund is issued. The Company will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

1. Who may join

You must be 18 or older. The Way asks explicit questions about desire, the body, power, pain, and consent, and is intended for adults only. By paying, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally an adult where you live. By attaching an image you affirm that you are an adult and that every person depicted is an adult who consented to its being shared.

2. What you receive

Nivel I: your confesiones are read once by Master and deleted; no reply; one written teaching per month. Nivel II: Nivel I plus one written Revelación per month by email. Nivel III: by invitation only; Nivel I and II plus the private portal and a monthly personal synthesis. One-time offerings deliver exactly what their name states, once. All communication is written. There are no calls, video, or chat.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled from your Stripe receipt link. Because confesiones are read and deleted on receipt, payments are non-refundable once a submission has been made.

4. Not therapy, not legal advice

The Way is a spiritual practice. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice, and Master does not act as your attorney. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

5. Termination

Master may decline or end any membership at any time, with a pro-rated refund of unused time except where these terms say otherwise.

6. Law

Florida law governs. Contact: [email protected].
